Reportable Income - Earned Income

    You have reported on your tax return:

    ____ All compensation you have received for services, including fees, commissions, tips, gratuities, and similar items.

    ____ All your business gross receipts.

    ____ Social Security (FICA) taxes paid on your behalf and not withheld from your wages.

    ____ Your gross wages that agree with the amounts shown on your Forms W-2.

    ____ Any supplemental compensation and bonuses.

    ____ All income that has been constructively received. (Income is constructively received when it is credited to your account, or unconditionally set apart for you so that you may draw upon it at any time.)
